I gaze across the rows and rows of people, up to the altar where the groom stands.
Imagining how nervous he must be, the love of his life soon to walk toward him, I’d be shaking if I were him.
The organ starts, we all stand, turning to look see what we all expect, a very lovely bride walking down the aisle.
She looks so beautiful in her dress, and probably just as nervous as the groom. If I were her, I’d be shaking.

Slowly, following the cutest little girl ever, she arrives at the altar, her dad peering toward the groom, and letting her go.
She takes her place next to him, trying to hold back her tears, as she peers into the love of her life’s eyes.
He blushes lightly, as he returns the look, taking her hand and together they move toward the priest.

The priest begins the ceremony, reciting the words these two have been waiting to hear for so long.
Their hearts start to beat faster, they glance at each other with smiles on their faces.
Turning to one another on the priest’s cue, they begin their vows.
Swearing they will love and cherish one another for all time, but they won’t need to swear it, these two were meant for one another.

The veil slowly rises, and he steps in to kiss her. Her legs weaken as her heart melts more.
They turn toward the pews, both smiling big, tears running down her cheeks.
Bowing and waving, their happiness knowing no bounds. They begin their walk down the aisle together, man and wife.
